We’re Hiring: Personal Assistant to the Founder & CEO at I LOVE BEAUTY

At I LOVE BEAUTY, we’re much more than a beauty shop – we’re a curated universe of handpicked beauty products, driven by a love for aesthetics, storytelling, and quality. From our iconic boutique in Kongens Have in Copenhagen to our e-commerce platform, we reach a loyal community of beauty enthusiasts who love what we do.

As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a Personal Assistant (PA) to support our Founder & CEO, Charlotte, who is the driving force behind discovering the right brands and favorite products – often before the rest of the market – and bringing them to life in our shop and online store together with the team.

The role also includes support for our Content Director, who works closely with Charlotte to shape the brand’s voice and visual identity. You’ll become a key connector in the company, helping juggle creative and practical tasks in a dynamic daily environment.

About the Position
As PA, you’ll be a key player in the I LOVE BEAUTY universe – assisting with structure, coordination, and execution, helping turn ideas and visions into reality. You’ll work closely with a small, passionate team and gain insight into everything from events and branding to omnichannel strategy, Meta, and product development.

Your Responsibilities
• Practical and administrative support for the CEO and Content Director
• Coordinating meetings, travel, and events – often on short notice
• Structuring and following up on projects and deadlines
• Participating in events, launches, and creative processes
• Assisting with presentations, agendas, schedules, and meeting notes
• Supporting our omnichannel strategy and customer experience across touchpoints
• Handling confidential information with a high level of discretion

Your Profile
• You’re structured, independent, and detail-oriented
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks
• You’re approachable, trustworthy, and a strong communicator (in both Danish and English)
• You have an interest in beauty, lifestyle, and branding – or curiosity to learn more
• You’re familiar with digital tools (e.g. Google Sheets, Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva)
• You enjoy a dynamic workday where no two days are the same
• You’re eager to grow in the role and be part of the journey ahead
